I started as a Coach, training clients, teaching group classes, and instructing clients on proper nutritional habits. That experience gave me an advantage as the studio’s content creator. I didn’t just have KNOWLEDGE about fitness, nutrition, and wellness. I had already applied that knowledge with clients and in my own life. That made me uniquely qualified to produce high quality fitness copywriting and media.

Social Media Creator & Manager

I created graphics for the studio’s social media channels, which include Facebook and Instagram. In addition to sourcing photos and creating the graphics, I also wrote the associated text. Being fit means training your mind, emotions, and spirit, along with body. My expertise in psychology really shines in mindset and well-being posts.

Since most of Method3 Fitness members are on Facebook, I created FB events and graphics for the covers, and thumbnails for the weekly newsletter.

Member Highlights

During group classes and small group sessions, I often filmed and took action shots for marketing and success story highlights on social media channels.

 Studio Announcements 

I also created graphics to post on Instagram and Facebook for new class announcements, program enrollment, and studio bulletins.

Staff Shout Outs

Method3 also enjoyed recognizing and celebrating their team. I enjoyed finding new ways to showcase the amazing talent of coaches & other employees.

Video Producer & Editor

I organized basic shoots, designed workouts with intro and outro scripts, coached talent on-set, filmed, edited, and uploaded videos to the Method3 Fitness YouTube Channel and social media outlets. At first, the filming was low-budget, using ipad pro’s and basic lapel mics. The studio later upgraded to Comica’s wireless mic system on my recommendation. After a bit of trial and error, it improved the overall quality quite a bit. PowerDirector was used for basic video editing.

Workout Videos

I helped launch a new YouTube channel and build a library of workouts. I designed all workouts so trainers could focus on proper demonstration & coached them during filming [May 2018 – Nov 2019].

Partner Spotlights

Method3 Fitness partners with local businesses who offer products and services that help enhance the values of healthy eating and lifelong fitness. I filmed, edited, and shared spotlights once a month.

On-Camera Talent

Of course, there are some times when the woman behind the camera needs to come out from the shadows, for announcements and FB Lives. Also… my hair looked great that day 😉
